The College of Brookeview (COB) is a public institution of secondary education with a campus located in Sinatra. COB offers secondary degrees with particular strengths in the teaching of political theoretics, mathematical arts, and electrical engineering.

College of Brookeview will often attract students who initially attended the Université des Manches Vertes in the nearby city of Greensleeves. Both institutions share strengths in the teaching of electrical science, but diverge in some important respects. Such transfer students who leave UMV tend to find interest in pursuing specific education in electrical engineering rather than the more theoretical pursuits in electrical science offered by UMV.
