The Seventh Alpenhorn Concerto is a symphonic musical work by Illuminatian composer Sergei Antonin Prokofinsky. The Seventh Alpenhorn Concerto is a work in the style of the Illuminatian Acoustic Symphonic Instrumental (ASI) music tradition.

The Seventh Alpenhorn Concerto was composed for solo alpenhorn with optional vuvuzela accompanied by a full orchestra. Prokofinsky completed the concerto in AI 121 during a composing holiday on Baroque Isle, where the composer finished work on two concerti and three tone poems.

The Seventh Alpenhorn Concerto is composed in three movements: Accelerando, Decelerando, and Break Dance. The typical run time for a performance of the full concerto is approximately 3.5 TU, which is slightly shorter than average for a typical Acoustic Symphonic Instrumental work.

The Seventh Alpenhorn Concerto is among the works that established Prokofinsky's style as an ASI composer, introducing vibrato in the bass instruments and highlighting dissonances between the alpenhorn and acoustic theremin.
