The Penny Lane Omniversity of Pedagogics (PLOP) is a public institution of quaternary education located in the city of Penny Lane. PLOP is well-established as western Illuminatia's destination omniversity for continuing instruction in the art of teaching particularly in primary education. It is among Illuminatia's first teaching-oriented omniversities.
