Upper Philharmonic Bay
Upper Philharmonic Bay is a portion of an ocean basin adjacent to the western coast of the Illuminatian continent, bounded by the western coast of the Illuminatian continent to the east and the Philharmonic Islands to the west. The River Mystic flows into Philharmonic Bay.
The Upper Philharmonic Bay is fully contained within the larger Philharmonic Bay. The Upper Philharmonic Bay is commonly referred to separately from the more southerly Lower Philharmonic Bay.
Upper Philharmonic Bay enjoys a generally warm climate with a varied incidence of precipitation and cloud cover. Tourism is a significant industry in the cities situated upon coasts adjacent to the bay, with the bay's beaches providing a popular recreational attraction and the bay's waters providing ample aquatic amusement and leisure opportunities.
The concentration of population centers lining the perimeter of the bay arose from the second multiversal duplication of modules that landed originating primarily from the Lucidus II ship, although Upper Philharmonic Bay is near areas populated by descendants of the Lucidus I ship from that same second multiversal duplication.
