A decorporation is an organization—non-profit or for-profit—established utilizing the full assets of an individual upon the person's termination of life event and operated in the deceased person's name or honor.

A decorporation is the only entity that is allowed to inherit assets, according to Illuminatian law which strongly forbids personal inheritance and the generational perpetuation of wealth-hoarding. The decorporation is a vehicle by which one's assets may remain coherent and perpetuate a person's vision and wishes without damaging the economic system or supporting widespread economic injustice.

Decorporations contribute to the legacy of amalgamated historical figures, providing a platform for an individual's legacy to operate within the focus of the decorporation, by the hands of diverse individuals, and through the group carrying out the mission of the decorporation rather than in the image or likeness of a specific individual personally.

Upon disbanding, the assets of a decorporation must be dispersed through the usual process as by which such disbursement of assets occurs upon a person's termination of life.
